It should also set legislators TERM LIMITS to rid the nation of the plague of CAREER POLITITIONS. It may take a 29th to make the so-called "public airways" available to candidates and get the MONEY OUT of seeking public office. Perhaps a 30th is needed to make ENGLISH the EXCLUSIVE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE of the USA. The thing you left out of the story, was the fact that we were both a little crazy. We believed we could do things others said were impossible, and encouraged each other to do the same.
