If you have seen an episode of my Buzz show or been in on a coaching session, you know that sometimes the “dago” in me comes out…so, I need to go on a little rant. Do you ever do that? Do you ever have something that weighs on your mind so heavily sometimes that you need to just get it off your chest? Well, I am in one of those moods. I am posing a question to all of you…What extra initiatives are YOU doing in order to GROW YOUR BUSINESS?
I know that we have over 40 events to attend all over the state of Indiana. Here you have the chance to meet over 2200 people looking to help you! This is all great. I love what we do here at Rainmakers, but I am talking about what you are doing besides networking.
There has been so much talk and buzz about social media these days. It’s everywhere we look. I believe that blogging and being authentic can, showing the people the real you will break down the barriers that stop us from connect.
Historically Rainmakers has never put the name of your business on nametags. Here is why. You are not a business. You are you. One of a kind with a voice and a spirit that needs to be heard… Gifts that need to be developed. Dreams that need to be shared and a life that should be fulfilled.
Being More starts with knowing where you are starting from. Honestly evaluating and sharing yourself with others. Welcome to my blog or my rants, random acts of genius sprinkled with “tonyisms” and bad grammar.

Well said, my friend. We should all be as authentic as we can both in our business and personal lives. And in doing so can be more by merging the business and personal. Networking is about relationships; relationships for the long haul. Not what can I give you today or what can you do for me today, but how can we work together for the greater good for a lifetime.
