In the next decade, we have what will be the Perfect Storm of “Shingle Hangers.”

A whole new wave of entrepreneurs are getting into business, some of them kicking and screaming.  Yes, that is right some people are getting into businesses that don’t want to be in business?

So what do you do when you don’t know what you want to do?

I so often find people in “transition” that spend so much time in “commuting back and forth between the two ideas” of working for themselves and working for someone else. 

What they don’t realize is they aren’t helping themselves with either agenda because they are killing their “personal brand” with their own indecision.

They make things happen.
